You are comfortable mentoring other product managers, helping them elevate their skills and performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are passionate about user experience and understand the importance of clarity and innovation in web design.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven products or customer service solutions is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions. A background in working with high-traffic websites or digital platforms will be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the web growth strategy for Intercom, focusing on enhancing the performance of intercom.com and fin.ai. You will develop and evolve a holistic strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing web traffic data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that the web experience meets high standards of usability and innovation. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to optimize the customer journey, ensuring that users have a seamless experience from discovery to conversion. You will mentor other product managers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the standard for growth excellence within the team.
