You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in financial services or investment platforms. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to guide multiple product managers effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. You understand the intricacies of investment wrappers and account-level functionalities, ensuring compliance and smooth user experiences. You are comfortable with hybrid work, balancing time between the office and remote work, and are open to occasional travel to other locations like Edinburgh or Bath.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for user needs while aligning with business objectives. You are passionate about transforming outdated industries and are excited about the potential of embedded investment platforms.
What you'll do
As the Group Product Manager, you will lead the Accounts tribe, overseeing the development and enhancement of critical features that facilitate investor and adviser interactions with Seccl. You will work closely with your team to ensure that investment wrappers such as JISA, ISA, and GIA are compliant and user-friendly. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to align product strategies with the overall mission of Seccl.
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends. Your leadership will guide multiple product managers, helping them to develop their teams and deliver high-quality products. You will also engage in user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the product evolves to meet user needs effectively.
