You have a proven track record in marketing management, particularly in brand partnerships and sponsorships. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand how to build and maintain strong relationships with partners while aligning their goals with those of the company. Your strategic vision allows you to set the direction for brand partnerships, ensuring that Nubank remains culturally connected in the market.
You excel in analyzing potential partners and developing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including business development, creative, PR, and media, is essential for executing successful initiatives. Desirable
Experience in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics. What you'll do
