You are adept at working cross-functionally across multiple countries and cultures, which allows you to create globally-minded and culturally relevant campaigns. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable leading projects that span different time zones, particularly in regions like Hong Kong, India, Japan, the US, and the UK.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop, lead, and execute all aspects of the partner marketing strategy and campaign execution for several key partners. This includes writing creative and media briefs, managing marketing commitments, and ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly across Uber and partner-owned channels. You will work closely with the Business Development team to evaluate new partnership opportunities and negotiate terms that align with Uber's marketing goals.
You will be responsible for leading the marketing execution of signed deals, ensuring that all commitments are met and that campaigns drive significant consumer engagement. Your role will involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making recommendations for improvements based on your findings. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and contribute to Uber's growth in the APAC region.
