What you'll do

As a Lead Systems Engineer at Nubank, you will play a crucial role in the Computing Squad, overseeing critical infrastructure components that support the majority of Nubank's workloads. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, and governance. You will guide and mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring that the team maintains a high technical standard. You will represent your team in various technical discussions, where you will document and negotiate improvements to existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact Nubank's ability to deliver simple, accessible, and human financial products to millions of customers across Latin America.
