You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales enablement efforts.
You possess a deep understanding of SEM strategies and execution — you've managed end-to-end SEM campaigns, optimizing for performance and reporting on results. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned on goals and expectations. You are proactive in testing and learning, always looking for opportunities to improve existing strategies and implement new ideas.
What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the digital lead generation strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. You will manage SEM campaigns from start to finish, making recommendations for optimizations and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your role will involve collaborating with the website agency to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it serves as an effective tool for lead generation.
You will work closely with the sales enablement team to ensure that marketing strategies are effectively supporting sales efforts. This includes aligning on messaging and ensuring that leads are nurtured through the sales funnel. You will also analyze performance metrics and provide insights to the marketing team to inform future strategies. What we offer
Intersection offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
