Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing with a focus on lifecycle marketing tactics that engage users throughout their journey. With expertise in product-led growth strategies, you understand how to create dynamic, personalized messaging that resonates with B2B SaaS users. You are passionate about customer success and advocate for users while working to accelerate their journey on MongoDB Atlas. Your knowledge of the customer journey encompasses onboarding, adoption, engagement, and monetization strategies, allowing you to run effective experiments both in and out of the product. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills that enable you to work effectively across multiple teams.

Desirable

Experience in database segmentation and marketing to developers is a plus, as is a proven track record of taking initiatives from ideation through execution and continuous iteration. You are a problem solver who can think strategically and tactically, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your natural leadership skills make you a change agent within the organization, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.

What you'll do

As a Growth Marketing Manager at MongoDB, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that drive platform adoption and retention. You will engage with developers throughout their journey, utilizing your expertise in lifecycle marketing to create effective strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with product goals and user needs. You will analyze data to inform your strategies and run experiments to optimize user engagement and retention. Additionally, you will advocate for users, ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into marketing efforts and product development. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving the success of your initiatives.
