What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the digital lead generation strategy, implementing and optimizing campaigns across various channels. You will manage the SEM strategy from end to end, including recommendations, optimizations, reporting, and troubleshooting. Collaborating closely with the sales enablement team, you will ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals, enhancing the overall effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
You will also oversee the website management, acting as the point person for routine updates and larger optimizations. Your role will involve working with external agencies to ensure that the website reflects the brand's values and effectively engages users. You will analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success in reaching urban audiences effectively.
