You are a Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention strategies. What you'll do
In this role, you will drive user acquisition and transactions by planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. You will master lifecycle and retention strategies by owning the email and SMS automation stack using Klaviyo, focusing on high-converting flows for abandoned cart recovery and new user activation. You will also own the creative strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) by producing high-performing ad creatives and landing page copy. Your responsibilities will include relentlessly testing messaging and visuals to improve conversion rates and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy. You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that marketing initiatives effectively support product launches and enhancements.
