Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a growth-focused role. You understand the intricacies of generating new business and have successfully led initiatives that drive pipeline growth. Your ability to motivate and support teams is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify and capitalize on new opportunities effectively.
You are skilled in designing and executing marketing campaigns that create real demand, leveraging your experience in events, webinars, and personalized outreach. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct thorough market analysis and develop structured prospecting strategies that yield results. You are comfortable closing deals and facilitating larger opportunities alongside senior sales team members.
What you'll do
As the Growth Manager, you will lead the new business strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring a sustainable growth pipeline. You will identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities through structured prospecting and vertical campaigns. Your role will involve motivating and supporting Account Managers and the Channel team by driving joint actions and following up on initiatives that generate new business.
You will design and execute campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, focusing on creating demand through various channels. When necessary, you will close small to mid-sized deals and facilitate the closing of larger opportunities alongside senior sales team members. Additionally, you will integrate artificial intelligence and automation to optimize account research, lead generation, and pipeline tracking, applying a structured approach to opportunity management.
