What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Jakarta office, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and orderly manner. You will coordinate travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, manage meetings, and facilitate conference calls and video conferences with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing office management tasks, such as liaising with contract cleaners, updating directories, and organizing catering for events.
You will take minutes during meetings and assist in preparing documents and presentations, ensuring they are formatted and printed to a high standard. Additionally, you will handle expense reconciliations using WorkDay and oversee facilities maintenance projects to improve the office environment. Your proactive approach will be key in maintaining a clean and productive workspace, and you will coordinate efforts with other departments, including HR and IT, to support the overall operations of the office.
