Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, with experience articulating and selling enterprise software solutions. Your understanding of healthcare IT and laboratory workflows allows you to effectively engage with customers and partners. You thrive in complex sales environments, demonstrating the ability to lead value-driven engagements with various stakeholders.
Your experience includes developing long-term strategic relationships with healthcare providers and system integrators. You are adept at creating high-quality proposals and managing commercial, contractual, or technical issues that may arise during the sales process. You are comfortable with regular travel across the UK and Ireland to meet clients and partners.
Desirable
Experience selling into NHS Trusts or private healthcare providers is highly advantageous. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and the ability to engage with marketing teams to develop effective value propositions will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will discover, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for TrakCare Lab Enterprise (TCLE) with healthcare providers. You will lead the TCLE sales proposition in the UK and Ireland, representing InterSystems at the highest level with prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with marketing to execute campaigns that drive new business and owning the creation of timely, high-quality proposals.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposals meet customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will manage and resolve any commercial, contractual, or technical issues that arise during the sales process. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to effectively position InterSystems' solutions.
