You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess strong experience in selling data platforms and integration engines. Your ability to articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive on building long-term relationships with clients. You are energetic and motivated, ready to uncover new business opportunities and develop existing accounts across the UK healthcare landscape.
Your experience includes managing relationships with both private healthcare providers and NHS organizations, allowing you to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the UK healthcare system. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering solutions that meet their needs. You are also flexible and willing to travel nationally to meet clients and support your sales efforts.
Desirable
Experience with AI-enabled solutions would be beneficial, as it aligns with the innovative approach of InterSystems. Familiarity with regional or trust-level integration engines will also enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and understand their specific requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing healthcare data platform customers while discovering and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will work closely with the UK Bid team to provide timely proposals and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your role will involve motivating both internal and external resources to focus on achieving desired business outcomes, ensuring that your team is aligned and working towards common goals.
You will also manage and resolve any technical or contractual issues that arise, ensuring a smooth sales process and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial as you articulate the value of InterSystems' products and solutions. You will be expected to track your sales performance and report on progress, using data to inform your strategies and improve outcomes.
