You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you understand how to build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments sets you apart, and you thrive in roles that require collaboration across various teams.

You possess strong communication and negotiation skills — you can articulate value propositions effectively and influence decision-makers. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and partner performance, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance sales strategies.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory, focusing on recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. You will work closely with the Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's API platform. Your role will involve developing and executing partner-led sales motions, ensuring that Postman expands its footprint within large organizations.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies that align with Postman's business objectives. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to mutual success. You will also track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
