Job Description
Who you are
You are a hands-on technical expert with extensive experience in systems management, particularly in healthcare technology. With a strong background in Linux (RHEL) and cloud environments, you ensure system availability, performance, and security for critical applications. You have a proven track record of leading incident response and troubleshooting efforts, demonstrating your ability to manage complex systems effectively.
You possess deep knowledge of InterSystems products such as TrakCare and HealthShare, and you are adept at working in both on-premises and cloud environments. Your experience includes implementing and maintaining systems that meet stringent security and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and operational readiness.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver exceptional service. Your proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing corrective actions aligns with best practices and SLAs, showcasing your commitment to continuous service improvement.
Desirable
Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with managed service environments. You may also have certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies that enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide senior-level, hands-on support for production and implementation environments, ensuring that systems are installed, configured, upgraded, and maintained to the highest standards. You will monitor system health, integrations, and scheduled tasks, leading complex troubleshooting and performance analysis to resolve issues swiftly.
You will participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, providing escalation-level support and leading incident investigations, root cause analyses, and documentation efforts. Your contributions will be vital in supporting customers around the globe, unlocking the power of data and enhancing their experience with InterSystems solutions.
You will also play a key role in automation and standards compliance, contributing to the development of best practices that drive operational excellence. Your expertise will help shape the architecture and operational readiness of systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
