What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, Medical Economics, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to identifying and measuring cost-saving initiatives within Oscar's healthcare framework. You will collaborate closely with analytical leads to develop sound projections and measurements of medical cost effects and clinical outcomes. Your role will involve driving actions that support Oscar's total cost of care strategy, ensuring that initiatives align with the company's mission to provide affordable healthcare. You will report directly to the VP of Medical Economics and play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare affordability at Oscar.
