You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, and you are skilled at identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Your communication skills enable you to articulate the value of the platform effectively, ensuring that customers recognize the benefits of their investment. You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Invoca, you will take ownership of a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their successful adoption, growth, and renewal by meeting and exceeding key performance metrics. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives to align Invoca's offerings with customer expectations, driving retention and expansion goals. Your role will involve crafting and executing strategic account plans, supporting customer relationships, and demonstrating the value of the platform to ensure subscription renewal and growth.

You will be responsible for managing a book of business, hitting quota, and identifying new opportunities for growth within your existing customer base. Your ability to analyze customer data and feedback will help you tailor your approach, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in reporting on account performance and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
