Your expertise includes working with speech modeling, particularly in speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems, and you are familiar with the complexities of audio processing. You thrive in collaborative environments and believe in the power of in-person teamwork to solve challenging problems. Your experience includes developing and optimizing machine learning models, particularly for real-time applications.

You have a proven track record of utilizing advanced machine learning techniques to achieve state-of-the-art results. Your familiarity with reinforcement learning and low-latency inference optimizations sets you apart. What you'll do

As a Staff/Principal AI Engineer at Inworld AI, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced multimodal models that enhance user interactions with AI. You will tackle challenges related to data collection, model training infrastructure, and real-time processing. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of top AI researchers and engineers to create solutions that handle thousands of queries per second.

You will work on optimizing speech modeling technologies, focusing on achieving high accuracy and efficiency in STT and TTS systems. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on model architectures to improve performance. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams to ensure that the AI solutions meet user needs and expectations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven software at Inworld AI, contributing to projects that are recognized as industry-leading.

What we offer
