Who you are
You have extensive experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on building and optimizing data pipelines. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in tools such as Airflow, AWS, and PostgreSQL, allowing you to design robust data architectures that support high-volume analytics.
You possess a deep understanding of data modeling and database design, ensuring that data is structured efficiently for analysis. Your experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, enables you to leverage scalable solutions for data storage and processing. You are also skilled in programming languages like Python, which you use to automate data workflows and enhance data quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the analytics platform end-to-end, assessing the current infrastructure and identifying gaps that need to be filled. You will design and build data pipelines that focus on delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translating those into technical requirements.
