What you'll do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our cardiac technicians and external accounts, including hospitals and clinicians. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and adhering to physician notification protocols. You will perform account follow-ups to gather additional clinical information, such as pacemaker settings and clinician contact details. Utilizing clinical case management ticket systems, you will respond to inquiries, act on requests, and update cases as necessary. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care through timely and accurate communication.
