You have experience in customer support or a related field, where you have honed your ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively under pressure. You are comfortable using various communication tools, including phone and email, to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged. Your attention to detail ensures that you adhere to protocols and provide accurate information to clinicians and patients alike.

What you'll do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for cardiac technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals and clinicians. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and adhering to physician notification protocols. You will follow up with accounts to gather additional clinical information, ensuring that all necessary details are relayed to the appropriate parties. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team to enhance healthcare quality and improve patient experiences.

You will be responsible for managing communications through various platforms, including Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce. Your role will require you to be proactive in addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that all communications are clear and concise. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on how to improve processes and patient care.
