You are comfortable working with technology and have experience using communication tools like Salesforce. What you'll do
As a Clinician Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our cardiac technicians and external accounts, including hospitals and clinicians. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and adhering to physician notification protocols. You will work a hybrid schedule, spending two days a week on-site at our San Francisco office. Your role will require you to manage communications via phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. You will also be responsible for working second shift hours, which include 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM on a 4/10 schedule, plus alternating weekends. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of patient care and the efficiency of our operations.
