What you'll do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will act as the key communicator between cardiac technicians and external healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage communications via phone and email, ensuring that all parties are connected and informed. You will quickly identify and address any issues that arise, facilitating a smooth workflow for the technicians and healthcare providers.

You will work during the 3rd shift, from 10 PM to 8:30 AM, with a hybrid work schedule that allows you to work from home while also connecting with your team in person two days a week. This role is crucial in ensuring that patient care is not compromised and that all communications are handled efficiently.
