You have experience in customer support or a related field, where you have honed your ability to manage communications efficiently. You are comfortable using tools like Salesforce and Outlook to facilitate your work, ensuring that all interactions are documented and tracked. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically allow you to identify and resolve issues quickly, making you an asset to the team.

What you'll do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will act as the key communicator between cardiac technicians and external healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage communications via phone and email, ensuring that all parties are connected and informed. You will quickly identify and address any issues that arise, facilitating a smooth workflow for the technicians and healthcare providers.

You will work during the 3rd shift, from 10 PM to 8:30 AM, with a hybrid work schedule that allows you to work from home while also connecting with your team in person two days a week. This role is crucial in ensuring that patient care is not compromised and that all communications are handled efficiently. You will be part of a team that is committed to advancing cardiac care and improving patient experiences.
