Who you are
You have extensive experience in software quality engineering, particularly within the healthcare technology sector. Your background includes working closely with product development teams to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet user requirements and specifications. You are detail-oriented and committed to driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
You possess strong skills in validation engineering, having participated in the execution oversight for Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) processes. Your ability to provide critical quality-driven input during the early phases of new product introductions is a key asset.
You are familiar with process automation development and have experience supporting manufacturing software systems. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that quality assurance is integrated into every aspect of the development process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving software quality engineering support to iRhythmβs development and manufacturing environments. You will collaborate closely with the Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering teams to provide QA guidance throughout the development of software-based user requirements and specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the development of product firmware and non-product software, including databases and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
You will participate in the execution oversight for IQ/OQ/PQs, TMVs, engineering studies, and software validations, ensuring that all processes meet the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve providing critical validation engineering input during the early phases of new product introductions, helping to shape the quality of new solutions that iRhythm brings to market.
