Who you are
You have a strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, demonstrating a willingness to dive into complex topics that require clear and confident communication. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive about getting things done, showcasing your ability to navigate ambiguity effectively. Your experience or interest in negotiation or partnerships will be a valuable asset in this role. A background in startups or technical sectors such as finance, law, or software is desirable, as is a STEM background that can help you understand the scientific concepts involved in carbon removal.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support relationship-building with carbon removal suppliers, acting as a trusted point of contact. You will communicate technical, often scientific, concepts to a non-expert audience with clarity and confidence, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the value of our services. Assessing inbound leads and supporting supplier onboarding and contracting processes will be key responsibilities, requiring close coordination with the Science, Growth, and Technology teams. You will collaborate closely with senior team members on larger, more complex opportunities, representing Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies.
