What you'll do

In addition to team management, you will play a key role in shaping the engineering processes and practices at Iterable. You will advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies. Your focus on continuous improvement will help the team to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing feedback to help individuals and the team as a whole improve.
