You have a strong background in technical support and customer relationship management, ideally with experience in cloud-based applications. What you'll do
As a Customer Application Engineer at Ivalua, you will report to the RUN Manager and be responsible for managing customer relationships post go-live. You will oversee the maintenance of applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve owning enhancements and upgrades, as well as tuning application performance to meet customer needs.
You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support to resolve any issues they encounter.
