Overview

Jane App is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Co-CEOs in streamlining operations and managing day-to-day activities. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the Co-CEOs' day-to-day and week-to-week activities run smoothly. You will help prioritize their interactions and responses, ensuring that the right things are getting their attention. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You will also assist in preparing reports and presentations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the executive team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the flow of information and supporting the leadership in achieving their goals.
