What you'll do
In this internship, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team by assisting with various tasks that ensure the success of our high-profile creators. You will help manage external inquiries, collaborating closely with Account Managers to enhance creator satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communication between creators and the team, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about the strategic partnerships that Jellysmack maintains with its clients and their representatives. By observing and participating in client interactions, you will gain insights into the account management process and the importance of building strong relationships with creators. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in managing client accounts and understanding the dynamics of the creator economy.
