Overview

FloQast is hiring an Account Manager to support the expansion and renewal of their client base for Accounting Workflow Automation solutions. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies and client management.

Who you are

You have a solid background in account management, ideally within the technology or finance sectors — you understand the nuances of client relationships and how to foster long-term partnerships. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to apply sales methodologies effectively, ensuring that clients not only renew but also expand their engagement with our services.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams is second nature to you. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of our products and services to clients clearly and effectively. You are proactive in identifying client needs and addressing them promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your analytical mindset helps you understand client feedback and market trends — you leverage this information to contribute to product improvements and sales strategies. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to enhance your approach and the overall client experience.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at FloQast, you will play a crucial role in expanding and renewing our client base for our Accounting Workflow Automation solution. You will apply your understanding of our products and sales methodologies to engage with clients effectively. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure that our clients are satisfied and that their needs are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they are aware of the full range of services we offer. You will work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

In this role, you will also gather feedback from clients to relay to the Product team, helping to shape future developments and enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in ensuring that our solutions remain relevant and effective in meeting client needs.
