You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in driving sales and building relationships within the benefits technology sector. You understand the complexities of benefits administration and are passionate about helping organizations simplify their processes. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your own schedule while collaborating with a dynamic team. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You are results-driven and motivated by the challenge of achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service to clients.

Experience in the benefits technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. You are a creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions for clients. You are open to feedback and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new logo growth by selling Jellyvisionโ€™s integrated benefits technology suite, including ALEXยฎ and ALEX Home, to mid-market and enterprise organizations within your defined geographic territory. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to identify potential clients and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will engage in consultative selling, understanding client pain points and demonstrating how Jellyvisionโ€™s offerings can alleviate those challenges. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you will work closely with them to ensure they are getting the most out of our technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly tracking and reporting on your sales activities and progress will be essential, as will participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and product updates.
