You excel at generating new business from qualified leads and have a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships. You are comfortable working with various business development efforts and can adapt to different state laws and regulations that affect dispensary operations. What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Flowhub, you will be responsible for generating new business from qualified leads supplied through various business development efforts. Your territory will have partial geographic alignment, and you will need to navigate different state laws and regulations. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring that you are consistently meeting your sales targets. Your duties will include developing professional relationships with both new and existing customers, researching their needs, and delivering information that guides them through the decision-making process.
You will also generate necessary documentation for negotiated agreements, ensuring that all contracts are compliant with state regulations. This role is more than just a quota-carrying sales position; you will have the opportunity to shape strategy and influence the product roadmap. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that the solutions you provide meet the needs of dispensary operators and help them improve their existing management software.
What we offer
Flowhub offers a competitive compensation structure, with a base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 and an OTE of $150,000 - $175,000, along with equity options.
