Who you are
You are a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic sales and customer acquisition. With extensive experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies, you understand how to dominate new logo acquisition across major markets. Your ability to inspire and lead a global team is complemented by your superior communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to influence decision-makers at the highest levels.
You have a strong grasp of the software industry and the importance of securing and accelerating software delivery. Your experience working with large, strategic customers has equipped you with the insights needed to drive exponential growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Desirable
Experience in managing mega-deals and scaling sales operations is a plus. Familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle and the concept of 'Liquid Software' will enhance your ability to connect with JFrog's mission. You are willing to travel globally to engage with strategic customers and partners, demonstrating your commitment to building relationships that drive success.
What you'll do
As the Global VP of Strategic New Logo Acquisition, you will own the global strategy for acquiring JFrog's largest and most strategic customers. You will develop a comprehensive, multi-year Go-To-Market strategy that focuses on predictable ARR growth and market share expansion. Your role will involve designing a repeatable 'land-and-expand' blueprint that can be implemented across various regions.
You will instill a robust and disciplined methodology for managing mega-deals, ensuring that your team is equipped to execute high-value contracts effectively. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling JFrog's sales operations, as you work closely with regional teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing A-players within your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your executive presence will be essential as you command the room during high-stakes negotiations and presentations, influencing key stakeholders and driving conviction in JFrog's value proposition.
