What you'll do
As the Global VP of Strategic New Logo Acquisition, you will develop and execute a comprehensive global go-to-market strategy aimed at acquiring JFrog's largest and most strategic customers. You will be responsible for delivering predictable annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth and expanding market share through a repeatable 'land-and-expand' blueprint. You will instill a robust and disciplined methodology for scaling mega-deals across the organization, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet ambitious targets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Global SVP of Sales and other key stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives and drive execution. You will lead a dispersed team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while mentoring A-players to achieve their full potential.
