Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in demand generation and enterprise marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. Your expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) allows you to effectively target prospective buyers across various industry verticals, ensuring that your strategies resonate with both small and large organizations. You are data-driven, constantly evaluating the latest marketing technologies and strategies to optimize your efforts and exceed pipeline goals.
You possess strong leadership skills, having led teams in executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales objectives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, ensures that marketing initiatives are well-integrated and impactful. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, and you are committed to fostering a positive team culture.
Desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms that help measure campaign effectiveness. You are comfortable experimenting with new tactics and technologies, always seeking innovative ways to engage potential customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
What you'll do
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager at JFrog, you will own and execute the global campaign strategy, designing and managing multi-channel demand generation initiatives that span the entire funnelβfrom awareness to lead conversion. You will develop targeted campaigns that leverage various channels, including email, digital programs, and events, to create awareness and generate leads. Your role will involve close collaboration with the sales team to ensure that leads are effectively nurtured and converted into customers.
You will continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies, experimenting with different tactics to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Your analytical mindset will be crucial as you assess the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to enhance future initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful.
In addition to campaign management, you will play a key role in developing content and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Your understanding of the DevOps landscape will help you craft compelling narratives that highlight JFrog's unique value proposition in the market. You will also lead efforts to engage with industry influencers and thought leaders, further amplifying JFrog's presence in the DevOps community.
