Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise includes Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, allowing you to create effective strategies that resonate with technical buyers. You understand the nuances of targeting developers and security engineers, ensuring that your campaigns are not just about lead generation but also about building a sophisticated brand presence.

You are a strategic thinker who can analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. Your ability to lead a team of Paid Media Specialists is complemented by your hands-on experience in executing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

What you'll do

As the Senior Paid Media Manager at JFrog, you will be responsible for orchestrating the planning and optimization of digital paid media campaigns on a global scale. This includes managing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, X, Review Sites, Reddit, and YouTube, ensuring that all efforts are cohesive and data-backed. You will lead the team in designing a framework for executing these campaigns, focusing on reaching developers and security engineers effectively.

You will analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team to ensure that all paid media efforts align with the overall marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in paid media practices.
