Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing paid media campaigns across various channels such as search, social, and display. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from data and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Your creativity shines through in your ability to experiment with different media strategies to achieve optimal results.
You possess a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, enabling you to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, Brand, and Product Marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of paid media initiatives. Your experience includes leading campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple geographies, ensuring both global consistency and local relevance.
Desirable
Experience with emerging media channels and a passion for innovative marketing strategies would be a plus. Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel for tracking user engagement can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver GoFundMeβs global paid media strategy, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and programmatic channels. You will drive measurable business outcomes, focusing on growing new fundraiser starts, increasing donor engagement, and maintaining strong ROI and efficiency targets. Your role will involve leading cross-market campaigns that balance global consistency with local relevance, particularly across North America and Europe.
You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, using this information to refine strategies and improve results. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with organic teams to ensure that paid media efforts complement broader marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
