You are a strategic leader with a strong background in marketing operations and automation β you have a proven track record of driving efficiency and continuous improvement across marketing organizations. With your collaborative spirit, you thrive in environments that require cross-functional teamwork and data-driven decision-making. You understand the importance of data cleanliness and how it ties back to results and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively support day-to-day operations for marketing teams across various regions, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Your experience in building centralized best practices and enabling consistent marketing processes will be invaluable as you lead efforts to optimize automation and AI in marketing.
What you'll do
As the Director of Marketing Operations and Automation at JFrog, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational backbone of our global marketing and XDR engines. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the marketing organization, focusing on marketing automation and lead management. Your role will involve ensuring that all marketing applications are fully optimized and aligned with our rapid growth.
You will support the marketing and XDR teams in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective across all regions. By building a global focus on best practices, you will enable teams to leverage automation and AI effectively, creating a more efficient marketing environment.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and results-oriented performance within the marketing organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and that data-driven insights are utilized to inform strategies.
