What you'll do

As an Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for housekeeping staff, overseeing daily activities and ensuring consistent service quality. You will coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance for various office facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring that issues are resolved with minimal disruption. Your role will also involve supporting employee engagement activities and assisting with logistics such as material movement and event setup. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain high standards across pantry services and overall workplace support.
