Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in solution engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of leading pre-sales efforts and guiding customers through their DevOps journeys. Your expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps practices allows you to effectively communicate the value of JFrog solutions to a diverse range of clients. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in collaborative environments, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with business needs, and you are adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. Your leadership style encourages team members to take initiative and develop their skills, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet the challenges of todayβs fast-paced technology landscape.
Desirable
Experience in managing teams focused on both high-touch and low-touch sales motions is a plus. Familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle and the challenges faced by organizations in adopting DevOps practices will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, you will lead a team dedicated to driving the adoption of JFrog solutions among SMB and Mid-Market accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and guide them in building and scaling their DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps practices. Your role will involve developing strategies that support both high-touch and low-touch engagement models, ensuring that your team can effectively address the needs of a diverse client base.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to ensure that our solutions align with customer requirements and deliver maximum value. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will help your team articulate the benefits of JFrogβs offerings, positioning them as essential tools for modern software delivery.
In addition to leading your team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the Solution Engineering function. You will implement best practices and processes that enhance team performance and drive customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering your team to excel in their roles.
