What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, you will lead a team of Solution Engineers who are the technical backbone of the sales process — your role involves mentoring and developing your team to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with the India Sales Leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives, driving growth across the region.
You will oversee the technical pre-sales process, ensuring that your team effectively communicates the value of Okta's solutions to potential clients. This includes conducting product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and providing technical guidance during the sales cycle. Your hands-on leadership style will inspire your team to excel and innovate in their approach to solution engineering.
You will also play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to join your team. As Okta continues to expand in the APJ region, your leadership will be crucial in building a strong, capable team that can meet the demands of a growing market.
