Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning technologies. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions that drive business value. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with OpenAI products or similar AI technologies is a plus. Familiarity with customer service automation and content generation applications will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer requirements and priorities.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at OpenAI, you will partner with customers to understand their pre-sales needs and guide their AI strategy. You will demonstrate how leveraging OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT can meet their business needs and deliver substantial value. Your role will involve providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, outlining the value proposition of our solutions, and answering product-related questions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to recommend architectural patterns that kickstart implementation and development. Your goal is to ensure that customers maximize the value they derive from our models and products.
