Overview
JFrog is seeking a Technical Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption. You'll work closely with clients in the UK & I to ensure they realize the full value of JFrog's offerings. This role requires 3+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in the software industry, ideally within SaaS companies in the UK & I. Your ability to effectively liaise with customers and regional teams is a key strength, allowing you to build strong relationships and trust. You are comfortable presenting technical information and have the flexibility to accommodate global working hours. Fluent English is mandatory, as you will be communicating with diverse clients and teams.
What you'll do
As a Technical Success Manager at JFrog, you will serve as the trusted advisor for customers, focusing on their continuous interactions with JFrog and enhancing their lifetime value. You will assist customers in creating adoption and rollout plans, ensuring they are confident in embedding the JFrog Platform into their operations. Your role will also involve collaborating with the JFrog Sales team to align customer strategies with the capabilities of the JFrog Platform, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
