What you'll do

As a Technical Success Manager at Snyk, you will orchestrate a near, mid, and long-term vision for customer adoption of the Snyk Platform. You will serve as the technical point of contact for customers, guiding them through the integration of security into their development processes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.

You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping clients maximize the value they derive from the Snyk Platform. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will become their trusted product advisor, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions that enhance their security posture.

In addition to direct customer engagement, you will work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of Snyk's offerings. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and growth, as you help clients navigate the evolving landscape of AI and software development.
