You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally within the cybersecurity domain. You understand the importance of guiding customers through complex technical processes and are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure their success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through effective use of technology.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to address customer challenges proactively and effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the evolving landscape of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring that customers are well-informed and supported throughout their journey.

What you'll do

As a Technical Success Manager at Zscaler, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Zscaler's Zero Trust solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored support and resources to help them maximize the value of their investment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and that solutions are aligned with customer requirements. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing training sessions, and facilitating workshops to enhance their understanding of Zscaler's offerings.

You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features that can further benefit the customer. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Zscaler's solutions.
