Rain is seeking a Solutions Architect for the APAC region to lead customer implementations and bridge technical gaps. You'll work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires strong communication and product knowledge.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead customer implementations from technical discovery through onboarding, ensuring that clients understand Rain's capabilities and how they can leverage them for their needs. You will work closely with prospects to scope technical fit and guide them through the deployment process, acting as a bridge between customer requirements and the technical roadmap. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions, preparing implementation plans, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and help shape the future of Rain's offerings.
