JumpCloud is hiring a Director of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead the global strategy for analytics and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll bridge the gap between Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance, particularly in the SaaS and Cybersecurity landscape. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

Who you are
You are an experienced data leader with a proven track record in analytics and data management. You understand the importance of data as a strategic asset and have experience in building data ecosystems that drive business outcomes. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively communicate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. You have a deep understanding of the SaaS and Cybersecurity landscape, and you are passionate about leveraging data to create value for the organization.
You have experience in leading global teams and managing complex data projects. You are skilled in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data insights are actionable and aligned with business goals. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can foster collaboration among team members across different regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the global strategy for data analytics at JumpCloud, ensuring that data insights drive impactful results for all business units. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance teams to build a unified and scalable data ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include defining what data matters, how it is used, and ensuring that it aligns with critical business outcomes. You will also be responsible for expanding the analytics function to treat data as a profit center, developing a Data as a Product framework.
You will oversee the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization, ensuring that all teams have access to the insights they need to succeed. You will play a key role in shaping the company's data strategy as it prepares for an IPO, focusing on operational excellence and strategic alignment. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture that values data and encourages innovation.
