JumpCloud is hiring a Global Enablement Program Manager to design and deliver enablement programs for their Account Management and Customer Success teams. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance customer adoption and retention.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer success or account management. Your ability to design and implement effective training programs has been proven in previous roles, where you successfully elevated team performance and customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data to drive decisions and measure the impact of enablement initiatives. You are adaptable and thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities seamlessly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted enablement programs that enhance the skills and confidence of JumpCloud’s global Account Manager and Customer Success Manager teams. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Customer Education, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure that every AM and CSM has the necessary tools to deliver value to customers. Your focus will be on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion through effective training and coaching strategies. You will analyze performance metrics to continuously improve the enablement programs and ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the teams.
