What you'll do

As the Employment Counsel for EMEA, you will assist in implementing the legal strategy for Justworks' EOR product, supporting various functions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the EMEA region. Your role will involve advising on legal matters related to employment, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing guidance on HR policies and practices. You will also engage with stakeholders to address legal inquiries and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
