What you'll do

As the Employment Counsel for EMEA, you will assist in implementing the legal strategy for Justworks' EOR product, supporting various functions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company adheres to labor laws and regulations in the regions where it operates. Your role will involve advising on legal compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing guidance on employment-related matters. You will also engage with stakeholders to address any legal concerns and help shape the company's approach to HR issues in a way that aligns with its values and mission.
